As a developer submitting Freeware to Haxaro Freeware, you must agree that you are the rightful owner of this product, that you have contacted the developer (if that is not yourself), That it is not an illegal distribution (i.e. it has been cracked / patched), That it is Freeware (Not Shareware, Demo or Trial of any kind) and that you agree to have your program Listed and Hosted on the Haxaro Freeware Site. (We will list the origional URL you specified as a Mirror, as well as a mirror on our Server, and another mirror on a seperate hosting server. - We will give your site at least 1 mirror to download From. At this moment in time, there is no way to track your downloads, but in time, we will offer a Download Tracker!)

If any of these agreements has been breached when submitting your freeware, it will not be included into the Haxaro Freeware directory.

When submitting Freeware into the Haxaro Freeware directory, you must include the program name (DOES NOT INCLUDE VERSION NUMBER), Your Name, Program Size, Program Version, Program Description and your email (This will not be included in the listing, but we will need to contact you with the details of your listing, and when you have submitted your listing, you will be sent an email about the details of your program.

The Download link that you give us MUST be a direct link. If it is not a direct link, your Freeware will automatically deleted from the submission list.

Before your submission will appear on our Website, it will be checked, and verified. You will receive an email from us if is accepted into the directory, with information about the listing. If it is not accepted into the directory, you will not receive an email from us!

Due to large numbers of submissions, your program should be accepted into the Haxaro Freeware directory in anywhere between 4 Hours, and 2 weeks.
